2. Introduction
The application Webbers Order to cash would handle orders taken by customer on cash
payment basis. The following are the different modules and reports available in the
application.
A) Modules:
1. Customer details form
2. Sales Person form
3. Product Entry form
4. Order form
5. Order enquiry form
B) Reports:
1. Salesperson’s performance
2. Sales
A) Modules:
1. Customer details form
This form is used for entering customer details in the database. We will not be able to sell any
product to customer unless we have him on database. It needs basic details like name, phone
number, email, address.

3. 2. Sales person
We need to enter sales person details before any sales person takes any order from customer.
We need basic details like his name, phone number and address.
3. Product entry form
Product entry form is to enter new product shipments received details.
4. Order form
Order form is used to take orders from customer. It needs details like Product that customer
wants to purchase, customer, quantity, total price and sales person name.

4. 5. Order enquiry form
You can enquiry about the order based on order number from order enquiry form.
B) Reports:
1. Sales person performance
It shows the sales persons performance in report format.

Sales details are shown on weekly basis on graph format to analyze the sales pattern.
