• Doing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Also involves task-switching.
• Tasks can be simple or complex.
• A myth.

Possible
• 97% of people can't.
• Only 3% are "supertaskers".
• Still continue to multi-task.
• Believe they are good.

• Diminished powers of mental organization.
• Memorized information to Cognitive thinking.
• Can't switch between tasks.
• Some multitaskers are worse socially.

8. How can we stop it?
• Realization Inc.
• Change our behavior.
• Schedule projects slightly after each other.
• Spread the word.
