6. OUR PRODUCTION Loop Cutting Machine Loop cutting machine is designed to mark and cut the FIBC loops automaticly. Marking is performed via spraying system and cutting is performed via hot cutting system. All motions of the system are drived by pneumatic. This unit is mounted to the outlet of cutting machines and run synchronizated to the other machines. Group separation mark can be applied in required number of packages. OUR PRODUCTION Big-Bag Test Machine FIBC Test Machine is designed for performing Cycle and UN tests of single loop or 4 loop FIBC’s according to EFIBCA standards. 4 load cells are used to test 4 loop FIBC. FBIC’s up to 3.5 m can be tested. Granule silo capasity is 3000 kg. Granule transfer is made by vacuum conveyer. Machine is controlled by computer with user-friendly menu.
