In chemical sector, 100% FDI is permissible. Manufacture of most
chemical product inter-alia covering organic/inorganic, dyestuffs &
Pesticides.
The entrepreneurs need to submit only IEM with the Department
of Industrial Policy & Promotion Provided no location angle is
applicable.
