achieve in your life…)

• Defining personal growth strategies (for mentee:
how to achieve the vision for the future, what
would be the next steps – very specific, what
kind of education/experience is needed, learn
more about the mentor’s similar story – if
possible, etc.)
• Also identify how the experience in AIESEC
can help the mentee on short and long term

10. Last Meeting
• Official ending, what has been gained,
future opportunities through AIESEC, next
steps.
• Evaluation of the mentoring relationship.
