What is a Trainer?
A trainer is someone who facilitates other’s learning to get people from where
they are to where they want to be.
It’s important to recognise training talent within your Local Commi;ee and
facilitate their ability to train others. MCVPTMs and LCVPTMs should be trained
in this area.
