Design and Technology (D&T) should remain part of the school curriculum for several reasons: 1) It develops important life skills like problem-solving, creativity, and technical abilities. 2) D&T allows students to apply concepts from other subjects and turn ideas into real products. 3) Prominent figures argue that D&T cultivates innovation, helps students engage with learning, and is important for the UK's future economy and leadership in product design.
