MR. IRFAN AHMED
Managing Director

A University of Osmania, Hyderabad graduate in Civil Engineering with distinction (87%), former Engineering
Manager and General Manager in UAE for almost 10 years, Mr. Irfan Ahmed has been the Managing Director since he
decided to establish his own company, inception in 2003. A co-founding director/shareholder, he is substantially
responsible in the overall management of ARC Construction L.L.C. (2003), Giant Electromechanical L.L.C. (2008)
and Al Qaws Building Contracting L.L.C. (2010).

Mr. Irfan Ahmed started to explore his career in United Arab Emirates with Amana Steel Building Contracting
Company in 1994. He serve as Project Manager, Lead Discipline Engineer and Estimation Manager in Abu Dhabi
Branch where he executed projects worth AED 177,000,000.00 in 4 years. Then he became Sales & Office Manager in
Dubai Branch where he established and introduced Amana to the market of Northern Emirates with total turn-over of
AED 61,300,000.00 in 2 years. Moving up the ladder of responsibility, he was assigned as Engineering Manager in
Sharjah Branch where he developed the Engineering Department and managed the design of 10 various projects worth
AED 17,350,000.00 in 1 year.

He moved to Georgia Contracting Company in 2000 as General Manager where he established Business Setup and
Profit & Loss Management with total turnover of 37 projects in 3 years worth AED 124,650,000.00. Until June 2003
when he left the contracting company to establish ARC Construction L.L.C.

With such an illustrative and solid background in engineering and management, Mr. Irfan Ahmed has been
instrumental in ensuring that all operations of the company are well managed with the highest level of integrity and
quality which are the hallmark of the company.


MR. AHSAN AHMED
General Manager
Mr. Ahsan Ahmed is a 1997 graduate of Osmania University, in Hyderabad, India. He is a graduate in the field of Science.Even though he
loves building and making customers dreams come true, sales is his passion. Ahsan enjoys getting to know all walks of life. At the age of 20
he started to joined Supreme Opticals, a family business in Hyderabad, India and learned every aspects of sales.

Before becoming a General Manager, he has been involved in the Construction Industry since 1997. He became the Sales Manager for ARC
Construction L.L.C., dealing with clients, new and existing, and every subcontractors. Mr. Ahsan did very well building a customer base and
learning what his client’s needs were. That experience sparked a desired to learn more about constructions, which in turn led him to become
the General Manager of ARC Construction L.L.C.
He is now responsible for the overall management of the staff, finances, projects and initiatives to improve process for the company.
Mr. Ahsan Ahmed is one of the Investing Partner of Giant Electromechanical L.L.C, Dubai.

MR. MOHAMMED IMRAN
Sales Manager

Mr. Mohammed Imran serves as Customer Sales Executive for Innovent IT Solution Ltd. in India year 2007. He work as a Team member in
providing value added services to the client, shares knowledge and best practices among team members.

Imran holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from ICFAI University & Institute of Management , Hyderabad, India in 2010.
In the same year at the age of 28 he joined ARC Construction L.L.C. as Sales Manager. He is involved with identifying new markets and
business opportunities. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails,
arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business and gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and
requirements.

MS. RUBY REPULE
Finance Manager
Ms. Ruby Repule is a graduate in the field of Science in Accountancy from Stella Maris College, Misamis Occidental, Philippines in 1996.
Prior to joining ARC Construction L.L.C. she was actively associated with Tagaytay Grassland Company Inc., in the Philippines, she worked
as Account Officer. And in the last fourteen (14) years of professional experience in Real Estate Industry and Construction Industry she has
wide knowledge in financial reporting, planning, forecasting, information systems, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, general ledger
and others. Now Ms. Rose Repule is currently the Finance Manager of ARC Construction L.L.C., wherein she play an important role in
mergers, consolidations and in global expansions and related financing. She also put forth financial goals for their organization.


MS. ELIZABETH MARTINEZ
Administration & HR Manager
Ms. Elizabeth Martinez is a graduate in the field of Science in Commerce major in Financial Accounting from Far Eastern University,
Philippines in 2000. After having worked 8 years in the Real Estate and Insurance Industry, Ms. Martinez switched careers in 2008 when
she moved to Dubai, UAE. Worked as an Accountant in ARC Construction L.L.C. for 2 years and in 2009 she was promoted as an
Administration & HR Manager.

Ms. Martinez provides daily supervision of the administrative staff and manages the company’s policies and procedures. She also plan,
direct and coordinate supportive services of an organization. Planning, organizing, providing leadership and controlling all administrative
functions is also one of her task.
MS. LOIEDA ROBLE
Sales Support Engineer
Ms. Loieda Roble joined ARC Construction L.L.C. in June 2011 as Sales Support Engineer. She use analytical skills to review corporate
projects and help Estimation Manager make operating decisions in the short and long terms. She also ensure that project costs remain
within budgetary limits.

She has over 10 years of professional experience in Construction Industry across Philippines and UAE. Prior to joining ARC Construction
L.L.C., Ms. Roble spent 1 year as Project Engineer for Joy Construction, 2 years as Field Engineer for EAC Builders, 2 years as Technical
Support Engineer for Zamboanga Products, Inc. in the Philippines and 3 years as Junior Quantity Surveyor/Officer Engineer for BA &
BES Contracting L.L.C., Dubai.

Ms. Loieda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of Western Zamboanga, Philipinnes

MR. SALEEL BABU
Projects Manager
Mr. Saleel Babu is the Projects Manager of ARC Construction L.L.C.-Dubai. He graduated in the field of Civil Engineering from the
University of Calicut, India in 2000.

Prior to joining the ARC Construction L.L.C. in 2005, he worked as Site Engineer at Barwaz Al Madeena, Sultanate of Oman for 1 year and
then after a year he was promoted as Project Engineer wherein he handled different projects which includes Construction of 80 nos. of Villas
+ Mosque + Commercial units at Madha, Musandan, Construction of 57 class rooms secondary school , 60 nos. of Villas and others.

In 2006 he joined ARC Construction L.L.C. as Site Engineer and then after 2 years he was promoted as Project Engineer, he handled
different projects which includes Gypsum Ceiling & AC Works, Refurbishment of Logistics Facility, Proposed Pyro Container Shed G+M,
Proposed Warehouse G+ M+1, Proposed Warehouse G+M+1 Office, G+M Showroom Shop and many others.
Mr. Babu was then promoted again in 2010 as Projects Manager wherein he has the overall responsibility for the successful initiation,
planning , design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a projects.


MR. ARSHAD MOHAMMED
Projects Manager

Mr. Abdul Arshad Mohammed was appointed by Mr. Irfan Ahmed in 2005 as Projects Manager of Al Qaws Bldg. Cont. L.L.C. He is a graduate
in the field of Civil Engineering from the University of Osmania, Hyderabad, India in 2004.
As a Project Managers his duties and responsibilities includes the following:
1. Manage the project taking into account integration across all areas.
2. Develop Project Plan and direct project resources.
3. Monitor and manage the project schedule, project risk and project budget
4. Deal with operational issues and ensure project meets requirements and objectives
5. Manage project team members.
6. Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
7. Look after the interest of the project team.

MR. MOHAMED HUSSAIN
Project Engineer

Mr. Mohamed Hussain Khan Sithic has 3 years experience in the coordination of civil engineering projects from the pre-design site collection
process through construction management and final project acceptance.
He graduated with first class distinction in the year 2008 in the field of Civil Engineering from the Bannari Amman Institute of Technology,
Anna University.

At the age of 21 he worked as a Regional Marketing / Tendering Engineer at VSL India Private Limited (A Bouygues Group ) in Pune
/Mumbai. His responsibilities was to execute the project as per the drawing and specifications.
In 2009 he worked as a Civil Engineer at Al Watan Development Construction Company in Muscat Oman. His area of specialization are
post-tensioning of building & anchoring and structural analysis.

And now as a Projects Coordinator of ARC Construction L.L.C., Mr. Mohamed is then responsible of assisting the Projects Manager in the
day to day duties of a project’s administration.


MR. RAZIK PUTHIYA
Projects Coordinator
Mr. Razik Puthiya joined ARC Construction L.L.C. in 2006 at the age of 21 as an Office Assistant.. His basic duties are mostly common in
all fields and these include carrying out tasks pertaining to the office work.

In January 2010 , he was promoted Construction Secretary, handled office and clerical responsibilities for a construction company. He
hold valuable roles, helping connect management and potential customers.

And, because of his dedications and hard works, in August 2010 he was promoted again as Projects Coordinator. He was then responsible
in coordinating with consultants, clients representatives sub-contractors and suppliers. Reporting weekly progress report, as well as look
ahead status of the projects to the client, consultant and management is also one of his responsibilities.

MR. JOHN DEVASSY
Site Supervisor (Foreman)
Mr. John Devassey is the Site Supervisor (Foreman) at ARC Construction L.L.C., since 2005. His main objective is to assist the Project
Engineer and Project Manager in the delivery of the projects by supervising and coordinating the on site activities during site
establishment installation, inspection, testing and commissioning and disestablishment.

Mr. John brings more than 6 years of construction industry experience to ARC Construction L.L.C. Prior to joining Mr. John was a Civil
Supervisor at Assarian Co. Oman and Dubai from 1983-1999. He also joined at Al Zaffin Cont. Co., Dubai as Civil Supervisor from 1999-
2005. While there he was responsible for construction of buildings, commercial and residential, villas, industrial structures, swimming
pools, RCC, labour accommodation, Mosque and warehouses.

MR. MANIDURAI VIRAPPA
Site Supervisor (Foreman)
Mr. Manidurai Virappa was appointed as Site Supervisor (Foreman) at ARC Construction L.L.C. in 2010. He ensures that the labours at a
construction site is carrying out their tasks well and everything is going according to plan

Mr. Virappas’ duties and responsibilities includes the following;
 Assessing job priorities and assigning labours to appropriate job sites.
 Making sure that labours have tools and equipment needed for job in order to ensure a good output
 Overseeing the work and making sure it runs smoothly and as per plan.
 Making sure safety precautions are followed including updating safety kits in case of any emergencies during the work.
 Communicating with the supervisor regarding the labours both positive and negative .


MR. MAQBOOL KHAN
Site Supervisor (Painter Foreman)

Mr. Maqbool Khan was appointed as Site Supervisor (Painter Foreman) at ARC Construction L.L.C., in 2011. He plan and schedule work
for the group, ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of
duties.

Mr. Khans’ duties and responsibilities includes the following:
 Supervises skilled painters; assigns subordinates painters, and inspect s work in progress and upon completion to ensure that it
meets required standards.
 Supervises and participates in mixing paints and matching colors; inspect s surfaces for cleanliness and readiness for painting ;
inspects equipment, buildings or other structures reported to be in need of painting.
 Estimates costs of jobs and amounts of material necessary

MR. NASIR SYED HUSSAIN
Purchase In Charge

Mr. Nasir Syed Hussain obtain the Degree of Bachelor of Commerce (Computer) in Bundelkhan University in 1998.

He was appointed by ARC Construction L.L.C. as Purchase In Charge in 2010. He was then responsible for the preparation and
processing of purchase orders, in-charge of product analysis and purchasing, monitors and co-ordinate deliveries of items between
suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to the site are on time, evaluate quotation to determine the best source, obtain the best
price consistent with the quality, services and deliveries, and, deal directly with suppliers related to purchase of different items.

Prior to joining Mr. Nazir worked as Promotional and Sales Executive in STP Lubricants from 2001-2002, he also joined Proctor and
Gamble as Controller from 2002-2005 and from 2005-2010 he worked as Marketing Executive in Yummy Foods & Equipment Pvt. Ltd.


MR. ZAKEER SHARIFF
Public Relation Officer

Mr. Zakeer Shariff is a graduate in the field of Arts from the University of Pune, Maharashtra in 1998. He was appointed as
Public Relation Officer in 2003. His duties includes the following:
 Handling Immigration / Passport / Consulate / Economic / Sponsors / Ministry of Labour / Municipality / Police and Bank
works.
 Submission / Collection of documents and payments from Clients and Consultants.
 Liaising with all government departments.
 Renewal of Company license and other documents as and when expiring.
 Establish and maintain effective working relationships with local and municipal government officials.

MS. LENY NEPOMUCENO
Admin Secretary
Ms. Leny Nepomuceno is the Admin Secretary at ARC Construction L.L.C., she joined the company in November 2010.
One of her role as Admin Secretary is to ensure that all callers and customers are taken care of and that a good business image is given to the
public. She is also the manager in charge of first impression, she is responsible for shaping the interactions that a customers will continue to
have with the company.
Prior to joining Ms. Leny was Admin Assistant at Dyna Image Corp., Philippines from 2001 to 2006. She also worked before as Purchasing
and Logistics Officer in Hana Million Inc. from 2007-2008. And in 2009 she joined in Contract Electromechanical Works as
Receptionist/Secretary.
Ms. Leny graduated from St. Joseph College, Philippines in 1999 with Associate in Computer Secretarial.

MR. SHAMSEER NANI
Office Assistant

Mr. Shamseer Nani is a graduate in a Higher School Secondary Certificate Kerala, India. He joined ARC Construction L.L.C. in 2010 as
Office Assistant. He perform various basic administrative duties, such as serving beverages to the guest or staff, organizing and maintaining
electronic and paper files and managing projects, monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office, helping the receptionist,
secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties, and maintaining and devising office systems, including filing, data
management etc.
