ASTI-A & MILA-A Installation Project
Senior Field Engineer responsible for the loadout, transportation and installation of the 2 main
topsides (ASTI-A and MILA-A) to be lifted with the TIMAS DLB01 onto the ASTI-A and MILA-A
preinstalled jacket located in BANUWATI-A Field nearby the offshore north Jakarta
Responsibilities included writing the installation procedures for topsides installation with the use of
DLB01. Specify materials for loadout on board of material barge, fabrication of the offshore platform
structures, supervision of welding works, Non-destructive test and load test for fabricated platform
structures.
Perform the tasks of supporting in fabrication activities with special emphasis to quality and accuracy.

Ketapang Project – Post trenching of 27km 12’’ Export pipeline
Jetting Engineer responsible on the post trenching operation for the Bukit Tua, Ketapng 27km export
pipeline. Prepare the project deliverables including post trenching procedure and post trenching
equipments operation drawings.
Perform the feasibility study on the modification of the jet sled to suit the project. Specify assist on the
trenching equipment loadout at Batam and Singapore. Organized the mobilization of the post
trenching, pre commissioning equipment and the mobilization of the trenching crews.

UL Project – Transportation and Installation for Offshore Jacket and Topside
Offshore Installation Engineer responsible for the loadout, transportation and installation of the 2 main
module packages (Jacket and Topside) to be lifted with the DLB01 onto the UL platform located West
Jakarta.
Responsibilities included writing the installation procedures for Jacket and topside installation with the
use of DLB01. Specify materials for loadout on board of material barge, fabrication of the offshore
platform structures, supervision of welding works, Non-destructive test and load test for fabricated
platform structures.
Installation of 12” x 6km in field pipelines from ULA to UW platform. Specify and assist in the
installation of the risers and subsea tie-ins on the ULA and UWA platform. Close supervision on the
production during the pipelay and riser guard installation. Perform the pre commissioning of the UL
pipeline with pigging and hydrotest after the completion of the subsea tie-ins.

Airlift Jetting for the Pile Refusal Remedial Service
Jetting Engineer responsible on the loadout for the jetting spreads. Organize the mobilization of the
jetting equipments from Batam to Brunei. Prepare the project deliverables including Pile refusal
remedial with airlift jetting procedure and drawings.
Perform the feasibility study on the modification of the jet spread to suit the project. Perform the
function test on the feed pump and jet pump before mobilization to the field. Organize the setting up of
the equipments based on the deck layout.
Client: PT Timas Samudera
Loadout For DLB01 (Ex. DB26)
Lifting Engineer responsible on the heavy lifts and loading of 13 main equipments (Hammers and
stingers) from J.Ray Mcdermott Batam marine base onto material barge and DLB01 while PT Timas
Suplindo bought over the DLB01 from J.Ray Mcdermott.
Perform the lift analysis for the heavy lift of hammers and stingers weight various from 85mT to
300mT by using 800mT DLB01 Derrick Crane. Organize the loadout on the material barge and
perform the lifting equipments check. Supervision on the equipments modification works and NDT test
before the loadout for the hammers and stingers.
Responsibilities involve supervising the loadin of the heavy equipments from the material barge to the
storage yard by using Cometto. Organize the layout plan for the equipments at the storage yard and
perform the function test for the DLB01 derrick crane by using hammers.

Gorgon Domgas Pipeline Installation

Pipepull Engineer responsible on the operation of the 4km twin pipeline pull from main land crossing
Narrows to Curtis Island. Perform the feasibility study on the pipepull operation across Narrows.
Planning for the buoyancy management on the pipeline and prepare the procedure for buoyancy
management plan.
Perform the task in supporting the fabrication of the foam buoys. Specify and assist in materials
loadout and mobilisation from the vendor fabrication yard and perform the lifting check on all the
related lifting activities from vendor. Specify and assist in conducting FAT for linear winch and HPU.
Supervision of the load test and equipments FAT for spoolers and winches.

Nand Gaurav Barge Modification Project
Field Engineer responsible on the procedure for modification work on Nand Gaurav pipelay barge.

perform the lifting equipments check.

sheaves and fairleads on board of Mas Mulia.

Yolla MLE (Mid Life Enhancement) Project
Offshore Installation Engineer responsible for the loadout, transportation and installation of the 4 main
module packages to be lifted with the Jascon 25 onto the Yolla platform located in central Bass Strait.
Perform feasibility study for caisson upend and installation with the use of Go Rigel. Responsibilities
on feasibility study for Accommodation & Compressor Modules installation with the use of Jascon 25.
Specify and assist in materials loadout on board of Jascon 25, fabrication of the offshore platform
structures, supervision of welding works, Non-destructive test and load test for fabricated platform
structures.
