3. Electronic mail is commonly known as Email or E-Mail.
An email message consists of two components, the message
header, and the message body.
Email Can be sent more than 1 person at a time.
To send or receive a email a user should have a Email ID.
Email ID consist of two parts user ID and domain name separated
by @ (At the Rate) symbol.

4. To send a email a user should open (sign in) his/her ID.
Then click compose/send mail.
Enter the email ID of the reciepent in front of ‘To’ .
If more than one recipent is there then their email ID is to be
written in front of ‘CC or BCC’.
Then the required text should be entered in the body.
Then press on the send option after completion.
