 A web portal is most often one specially
designed web page that integrates the
individual tools and brings information together
from diverse sources. This web portal tracks the
individual’s progress thus giving maximum
feedback for the improvement. The information
can be easily managed and effectively analysed
with a purpose.
UNDERLYING INFRASTRUCTURE
 IT Infrastructure is the discipline whereby all of
the information technology resources of a firm
are managed in accordance with its needs and
priorities. These resources may include
inventories like computer hardware, software,
data, networks and data centre facilities, as
well as the staff who are hired to maintain
them.

Interactive Classes– The term interactive course typically describes material of an educational nature
delivered in a format which allows the user to directly impact the materials' content, pace, and out-come.
Online Data Sharing– This feature provides user a way to store study materials online, which can be
accessed and shared with their peers.
YIM – Yobitel Infrastructure Manager, suite includes Monitoring,
Managing and supporting the clients environment
High Automation– Automated way of on-boarding, setup,
Maintenance and Reporting of the Infrastructure
Digital Board – The Smart Board is an interactive whiteboard that uses touch detection for user input (for
example scrolling and right mouse-click) in the same way as normal PC input devices
E-learning– e-learning is electronic learning, and typically this means using a computer to deliver part, or all of
a course whether it's in a school, part of your mandatory business training or a full distance learning course

Attendance Sheet– This E- attendance sheet is a very time efficient way of conducting this. Once taken, this
can be easily tagged to individual with no efforts
LMS– This learning management system is responsible for administration, documentation, tracking, reporting
and delivery of e-learning
YIM – Yobitel Infrastructure Manager, suite includes Monitoring,

NETWORK & SECURITY BACKBONE
VIRTUAL DESKTOP INFRASTRUCTURE
With VDI, you have one Central Host computer that runs
all of the computers you run in your company, meaning
all other can be definitely replaced by ZERO Clients – it is
a small device that connect to your machine that run on
your Host computer. This means, the next time when
there is a software update needed, all we have to do is,
just update the machines on the Host computer.
Wi-Fi
This technology allows all the electronic devices to
network mainly using the radio bands. This is provided
through the signed service provider. Each site has to
be equipped with access point devices in order to
enable Wi-Fi
NOC MONITOR
NOC are implemented by business organization to
oversee complex networking environment that require
high availability.
BYOD
Bring your own device (BYOD)—also called bring your
own technology (BYOT), bring your own phone (BYOP),
and bring your own PC (BYOPC)—refers to the policy of
permitting employees to bring personally owned
mobile devices (laptops, tablets, and smart phones) to
their workplace, and to use those devices to access
privileged company information and applications
A backbone network or network backbone is a part
of computer network infrastructure that interconnects
various pieces of network, providing a path for the exchange
of information between different LANs or sub networks. A
backbone can tie together diverse networks in the same
building, in different buildings in a campus environment
