Green Business and new opportunity
As you may also be aware we have made a fantastic step forward with the opening of our “Green Business” webpage and now we
have achieved this you will be able to see updates and information on the new website: www.waterbridgedevelopment.com .
“Waterbridge ™” will supply you with updates information and opportunities for our future and very important business and long
term strategy plan’s especially with our ethical growth in Conservation projects, Water and Education programs. It will also hold
existing and new investment programs and lucrative environmental products where we will start to compile information for you
regarding our major business partners in these projects, who they are, where they operate and what kind of results have we had
so far.

The Launch
The updated version will go live on Monday 4th of April and we recommend every Quatro Member to read these documents and
see the project presentation as it is a very important business project for us all.
This project continues our Green Business and Bio Oil project portfolio and ethics, targets the very lucrative Carbon Credit market.
The success of this project will secure the future of the entire network, us and our members, and be a solid foundation for the
financial security of us all.
We will also continue to develop other investment projects such as the launch of the E-Bank operation in conjunction with our
separate partner organization “Rock Bay Group” which together with our green portfolio will bring a long needed cash flow into
Quatro where both our Members and we will benefit.
Our most exciting project to date!
Due to a huge, popular and very lucrative global market in emission reduction we have secured our first allocation of 1 Million
VER Carbon Credit certificates at a fantastic low launch price of just GBP 3.20 in the first two months of the project. The successful
sale of these alone will restore the entire financial stability and allow us to grow. Once this first allocation is sold we will be issued
another 1 Million until all the available 15 Million certificates, outlined in our first agreement have been sold.
For those members who understand this one time chance, and are more than eager to help themselves and Quatro in to a better
financial position, we will support them as much as possible and any information they need we will provide to them. There are
some very good commissions to be earned and all sales are done via accounts specially opened for this purpose, to secure the
upload of commission funds to Members GlobeWallet debit cards.
The future:
With our new and major partners involved in green and ethical business and caring for the planet globally, we have identified this is
a major growth market as the world looks for green and ecologically friendly products. We will highlight our projections for equity
growth and personal wealth that is delivered from this strong market sector and hope you will find the future as exciting as us.
Of course with new business partners now involved, we will ensure this information is full and transparent so you can have faith in
the project. We will share locations of the projects and show you the business partners contact details and track record.

2. The financial and economical situation
We will continue to act in your best interests even if this makes life a little challenging as a result. Following valuable information
forwarded from some of our members and subsequent investigation by us, issues have been brought to our attention regarding
previous business relationships.
As a result of this information, we have now terminated all links with the G4 Group and associated companies. This has been a
major decision, but we believe we are acting in the best interests of the network and our members and we are now seeking further
legal advice.
Unfortunately we have been given no alternative following the absence of any tangible results or evidence the products exist or
can actually be delivered, in a manner outlined in the agreements made or the contracts that were signed, as this could potentially
be fraudulent we must ensure this is properly investigated.
This action includes the Wharfside Group Ltd, Saphrau Ltd and Fluid Capital Ltd, as they have acted as service providers in regards
of all payments to all of our investment projects. This group of companies also previously owned Easykard PLC, until Quatro
took over the company on July 1st last year. This group acted as our service provider in developing investment projects and was
responsible for all fund payment from our members and from Quatro itself.
These funds were for the development of the Quatro E-Bank, Quickard, eQgel and Bio Oil projects. This process and the transfer
of these funds are well documented and show all funds have been directly paid to their company accounts. Again this as with G4
is a legal matter.
We will also take this opportunity to outline the 3 year business history with these companies; revealing names of companies,
owners and “shadow directors” behind these companies.
The Manchester meeting
Quatro now wants to invite Members, leaders and/or investors to a very important information meeting here in Manchester. The
purpose of this is to ensure total transparency of our business and share information with our network of investors, shareholders
and members. This process will include presentation of the documents, contracts, payments, results and the exact story behind
the activities to date, so you can see for yourselves we have acted in a professional manner.
To ensure this is structured and professional we will select 20 to 30 key representatives who are held in high esteem by our wider
network. These individuals can then relay the information to the wider network and share the transparency of our actions. With
the large amount of financial documentation, legal contracts and history involved, we have been taking advice and we will ensure
professional advice and guidance is available where required for any member that may have concerns.
We will also present to you the structure of some of our new business partners, such as “Rock Bay Group” and our new UK
structure, which with the help of our business partners in the Seychelles are totally independent of previous company contracts,
thus ensuring our members funds are independently safeguarded in the future.
Please let us know who you “Our Members” wish to represent you and participate in this meeting, which is planned held during a
weekend end of April this year, please send us an email and we will try ensure our global network is represented.
The meeting will be held in our group offices in Manchester and all staff will participate, we do have limited space but can take
approx 30 participants. Send your enquiry to Nasir Shah enquiries@gwcapltd.com and he will be the meeting coordinator and the
person who will send you a confirmation for the meeting as the numbers of people to attend is limited.
The “report” from this meeting will be translated into the most important languages following the Members lists of which country
to we have the most. The countries are Sweden, Germany, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and Russia, including English as well.
We also want every participator from this meeting to take place in the decision of what to do and how to handle the information
put in front of them by us and our legal and financial advisors, and hopefully have all or most of them to sign the protocol
confirming our statement to come.

3. Various website accesses
All of our new web pages will eventually have their own back office and be password protected. To use the Quatro Worldwide
page there is a yearly fee to cover the expenses of operating all services to Quatro Members and the administration office in
Manchester. To access your Waterbridge back office just use the same email address and password you are using on your Quatro

Due to outstanding payments several members have found their page non accessible. If this happens the members would have to
pay both the yearly fee plus a reopening fee to continue to use this valuable facility.
As a gesture of goodwill to support our network, member’s who now contact us by email support@quatromembers.com and want
their back office website reopened will be able to do so just by paying the yearly fee and nothing more. This option will available
till April 20th and after that day is handled as stated in our Policies & Procedures.
We will also allow them to use the Members QC’s to pay this fee in our best efforts to find as smooth way as possible to help out.
Please remember without any communication from you this is not possible; if your network have not understood this option and
extra services we are offering for the time being please help them do so.
Future Success and strength.
We hope the business success from both the Waterbridge and the coming Rock Bay Investments web sites will be enough to bare
all the operational costs, so we can avoid any other costs than for the direct service they will deliver. The RBI web site will be
launched as soon as our Waterbridge web site is in full operation the next two weeks or so. Here you will be able to see and follow
your E-Bank, The XQRADES and the Universal Payment Technologies projects including the card factory and software development
for the E-bank and E-business with more. And more exciting opportunities in the coming months

Also here our new “Pay Robot” will be launched as a project hopefully before the summer, after it has been patented; this project
has already attracted HUGE interest from some senior bankers and finance professionals in UK banking institutions, so globally this
will bring major rewards in the long term. These senior officials have also been advising us on company structure to ensure that our
technology companies are well under the mother organization of Rock Bay Group Ltd and are ready to develop planned projects
as soon as we have received investment funds sufficient to launch.
So you will find many interesting projects here in the next 6 months to come, and these are open to any person or corporation not
a Quatro Member. But only Quatro Members will be able to earn the various types of commissions shown in Quatro’s Members
Plan. We do now have affiliate and broker programs to offer, available for both members and non members, ready to be presented
middle of April.
