Summary
• Our case is about boundaryless organizations. In a boundaryless
organizations like Newskool Grooves company should follow
some sort of rules. They should know what is the important
element or subject to achieve their goal. Based on our report it
can be seen, that the understanding of an organization structure,
human resource, organizational culture, behavior and
organizational socialization is very important for an
organization.

Organizational structure: Organizational structure is a system used to define a hierarchy
within an organization. It identifies each job, its function and where it reports to within
the organization.

Boundaryless organization: Boundaryless organization is an organization that seeks to
remove barriers so that each person can work together, share ideas in an organization.
Boundaryless organizations will often make use of the latest technology and tools.
Boundaryless organizations are dispersed across geographic borders.
Boundaryless organizations make a strong set of core values and a strong vision.
