Working as Quality Assurance Engineer (IQC) at PG Electroplast Ltd. , Greater Noida (October 2014 – till date)
Basically :- It’s is based Preferably in Auto & Auto Ancillary, Heavy Engineering, Metals, Refrigeration & Air
conditioning.
RESPONSIBILITIES
 Currently involved in Supplier Quality Department (IQC) as IQC Engineer.
 Supervising Quality innovation team as Lead Advisor& Working on process Quality improvement
 Part of team conducting Product Audit & Supplier Audit Team.
 Conducting and monitoring Worst Vendor Meeting every month.
 Troubleshooting all Quality issues related to molding defects.
 Handling detailed daily rejection along with LRR & LRN submits as In-charge of IQC.
 Conducted Quality audits at vendorends related to 5s, Quality document & Process Quality, including PDI.
 Prepare Quality Alerts and Work Instruction on shop floor for operator guidelines.
 Responsible for analysis of customer complaints and 8D preparation
 Communicating with vendors for Fixtures, Jigs and Tester Supporting Equipments
 Performing Reliability Testing's like MFI Testing machine, VMI testing machine.
HIGHLIGHT
 Succeeded in creating Raw Material Testing laboratory for easy storage & identification of material & master batch.
 Constantly monitoring the Vendor Counter Measure effectiveness.
 Monthly KPI updated as accordingly with the recorded figures in ERP.
 Release NCR against vendorrejection
 Interaction with vendor for IQC rejection & counter measure
