 Preparation of Monthly Progress Report
 Maintenance of daily records
 Planning & programming of daily activities

 Controlling office documents & submit head office Coordinating with senior
officers
 Coordinate all activities related to the document control procure, including
technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence

custody without any damage or deterioration with easy traceability
 Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.

 Maintaining daily vouchers and posting into the ERP.
