A simple, yet powerful text paste that stores your pastes in your browser's local storage, then shares them via web sockets. See it at http://mem.pe and fork it on Github.
2. What is it?
It’s a simple text paste, but instead of saving
your pastes in the “cloud”, it stores them in your
browser’s local storage, then shares them via
web sockets.
11. Sharing
Sharing your paste is as easy as sending its
URL to anyone:
Make sure that mem.pe is open in your
browser!
12. Edits shown in real time to all peers
If you edit the title or contents of your paste, the changes will instantaneously
appear for anyone who is watching your paste at the moment.
( you, editing a paste)
( someone watching your paste)
13. Fork. Edit. Share back.
You can “fork” anyone’s paste to copy it to
your browser in order to edit it.
This way you can help your peers by
correcting their code and answering their
questions.

you: Because you forgot to create an
