 Team Manager Technical Support: I’ve followed the management of the Technical
Support Group. The group consists of 10 people. The service performed is relative to
several software, used by government offices, developed by the company. Service
coverage is divided into shifts ranging from 8.00 to 20.00 from headquarters, while
from 20:00 to 8:00 the operator is at home and the call is switched on a mobile
phone.

Inbound and Oubound letters managing system. I managed a team of 4 people to
analyse and develop the system to provide the service of indexation and delivery the
inbound letters. The system is interfaced with a Trouble Ticket system (developed
on Remedy), so that the Pirelli employers received its mailing in a ticket format, and
each letter was archived and researchable if needed. To manage Outbound letters I
planned an interface to protocol and archive them at the same time. After this
process the letters must get a special authorisation to be printed and sent by our
service.

project included customization activities about the front end of the calls, IVR
implementation and integration with the corporate Trouble Ticket system.
