intercede in preparing the new valid recovery situations;

▪ Keep an evidence off all recovery cases and mediation cases for internal lawyers in a SAP
application: data input; documents clustering; hearing dates reports;
▪ Develops in accordance with Team Leaders a specific and functioning Control system for Data
Input Control on regular basis and requests necessary updates in SAP to the IT department for
further implementation;
▪ Training new team members in their specific activities

- Involvement in a volunteering project named "The Lives of Others". For two years my department
and I were able to raise funds for the children in "Centrul de plasament Sfanta Filofteia" from
Campina. We donated clothes, books, movies, candies and we sent them in summer camps where
they were able to feel happy even if it was for a few days;
- Taken a cours of "Prim Ajutor" at "Crucea Rosie Romana" organized in my department - obtained a
certified diploma making me able of saving lives in case of an accident;
- Participated at different courses organized in Petrom. For example "Project Management @ OMV";
- Participated in a voluteering project named "Kaizen Event" which consists in redevelopment of a
working place in an asset of Petrom. I have interacted with people from different departments of the
company and had the chance to talk to people working in the territory.
Organisational / managerial skills - Good organisation skill gained through my work with physical and digital archives;
- Created a manual for guidelines of working in a SAP HR interface for a specific Legal activity -
mediation cases activity. The manual was requested by my superiors and it was implemented in my
department;
