Brother Nature Organic Seeds

Welcome to Brother Nature.ca where our passion is natural, pesticide and chemical free gardening.
We love gardening and gardeners too and as a result we have thousands of them as satisfied
customers.

We feel it is our duty to preserve and protect and teach about sustainable seed, soil & food sources. Our
desire is to support any agricultural process that leads to healthier people, plants and soil. Our highly
diverse gardens, tended to in an organic style (with crop rotation and companion planting etc.) creates a
well balanced, sustainable and healthy environment. These organic practices have proven there is never a
need for artificial inputs that can and will alter the natural reproductive capabilities of our plants and their
environment.

We provide 100% naturally grown this means zero pesticides, herbicides or chemicals are added to
our plot or plantsever!! We do not grow or sell genetically modified seeds. We also eat many of the
vegetables and edible flowers that are produced in our gardens, so we are diligent about our grow
process for our own health purposes.

When we amend our garden soil it is provided by an organic soil producer. All of our plants are
openly pollinated, our water source is spring fed and we hand weed, pick, clean and package in an
eco-friendly packaging. We do not treat or coat our seed with anything and because we personally
germination test every batch, every year, we know our product will meet your expectations.

People love to tell us about their success and rave about the quality of our seeds. Many have commented on
the generous seed count in the packages, where as other seed companies provide only the exact number
specified, we package by inverse ratio to the germination rates. We want to be sure that a 100 seed count
package provides 100 germinated seeds.

Brother Nature Natural Seeds sprang to life in 2002 driven by a passion for nature, healthful
gardening & an inexpensive way to provide fail safe, naturally grown seeds and plants, for our own
private greenhouses, that supply our 25 year old landscaping business. We located a suitable plot on
a Historic Farm in the Cowichan Valley, BC, Canada and began our project. It was tremendously
successful and many friends, family and all of our landscaping and nursery clients requested we sell
some seed to them. They had already had plants in their gardens from our nursery and those plants
came from seed we had saved so they knew our product would serve them well.

Our company is also proud to announce that we are now selling our seed WORLD WIDE. Our seeds
have found homes in Spain, England, Denmark, Australia, Holland and several US states! Have an
abundant season. Stay Happy & Healthy!! At Brother Nature we sell you trust. Enjoy your Garden and
thank you for investing in sustainable agriculture.

Health Tip: Remember to stretch before you go in your garden…Young and old alike. After a long cool
season we need to break our bodies in slowly. Stretching will increase your mobility in the garden, and
will allow you to enjoy your gardening endeavors just a little longer and may help avoid those next day
                                          aches and pains.

  • 2. Brother Nature Organic Seeds Welcome to Brother Nature.ca where our passion is natural, pesticide and chemical free gardening. We love gardening and gardeners too and as a result we have thousands of them as satisfied customers. We feel it is our duty to preserve and protect and teach about sustainable seed, soil & food sources. Our desire is to support any agricultural process that leads to healthier people, plants and soil. Our highly diverse gardens, tended to in an organic style (with crop rotation and companion planting etc.) creates a well balanced, sustainable and healthy environment. These organic practices have proven there is never a need for artificial inputs that can and will alter the natural reproductive capabilities of our plants and their environment. We provide 100% naturally grown this means zero pesticides, herbicides or chemicals are added to our plot or plantsever!! We do not grow or sell genetically modified seeds. We also eat many of the vegetables and edible flowers that are produced in our gardens, so we are diligent about our grow process for our own health purposes. When we amend our garden soil it is provided by an organic soil producer. All of our plants are openly pollinated, our water source is spring fed and we hand weed, pick, clean and package in an eco-friendly packaging. We do not treat or coat our seed with anything and because we personally germination test every batch, every year, we know our product will meet your expectations. People love to tell us about their success and rave about the quality of our seeds. Many have commented on the generous seed count in the packages, where as other seed companies provide only the exact number specified, we package by inverse ratio to the germination rates. We want to be sure that a 100 seed count package provides 100 germinated seeds. Brother Nature Natural Seeds sprang to life in 2002 driven by a passion for nature, healthful gardening & an inexpensive way to provide fail safe, naturally grown seeds and plants, for our own private greenhouses, that supply our 25 year old landscaping business. We located a suitable plot on a Historic Farm in the Cowichan Valley, BC, Canada and began our project. It was tremendously successful and many friends, family and all of our landscaping and nursery clients requested we sell some seed to them. They had already had plants in their gardens from our nursery and those plants came from seed we had saved so they knew our product would serve them well. Our company is also proud to announce that we are now selling our seed WORLD WIDE. Our seeds have found homes in Spain, England, Denmark, Australia, Holland and several US states! Have an abundant season. Stay Happy & Healthy!! At Brother Nature we sell you trust. Enjoy your Garden and thank you for investing in sustainable agriculture. Our New Shipping Rates $1 to $10.00 orders $1.00 $10 to $20 orders - $2.00 $21 to $50 orders - $5.00 $ 60 to $100 orders - $6.00 US buyers cannot use this catalogue to order due to import laws International orders over $25.00 may be subject to additional shipping fee Health Tip: Remember to stretch before you go in your garden…Young and old alike. After a long cool season we need to break our bodies in slowly. Stretching will increase your mobility in the garden, and will allow you to enjoy your gardening endeavors just a little longer and may help avoid those next day aches and pains. 1159 Wychbury Ave Victoria, BC V9A 5L1 2
