STRENGTHS:
1. Leadership of Imran Khan: credible, trustworthy, brand name, great achiever with
a proven track record, personality, honesty, clear objective, vision, incorruptible.
2. PTI is recognised as the 3rd leading political party after PML and PPP.
3. The membership of youth and its growing numbers in the party.
4. PTI’s transparent and unwavering politics based on solid democratic principles giving
hope to people craving for a change.
5. PTI’s welfare state concept, its promotion of law and order, education and emphasis
on accountability.
6. UK coordinators are perceived as hard-working, trustworthy, approachable, credible
with clear objectives and ability to deliver.

2. WEAKNESSES:
1. Apart from Imran Khan PTI lacks prominent personalities in the
party.
2. Not enough publicity/fund raising events by the party in Pakistan
and UK
3. Lack of organisational bodies and representation at grass root level
in Pakistan
and at regional levels.
4. Small base with a minority representation in the Pakistan National
Assembly.
5. No targets or performance indicators to motivate members.
6. Communication needs to improve between members.
7. UK representatives should be trained better in communicating
PTI’s agenda.
8. Urdu website is lacking in order to reach the masses.
