1. 1
Good Morning/Afternoon.
Please investigate the interruptions in my telephone conversations which (interruptions and clicking
sounds also) have been taken place while I am talking with my very good acquaintances and friends.
Please help me to be not victimized by the certain people (most likely, by Governor LePage, who, most
likely, gives the certain "orders" to overhear my telephone conversations) whom I filed the Complaints
in the Federal Court of Maine (including the Governor of Maine LePage) against by not having
interruptions in the telephone conversations.
I am civil rights advocate. I have filed in the Federal Court of Maine also very important complaint
against Falmouth Police Department (Maine) who violated Americans With Disabilities Act, Maine
Human Rights Act, the Amendment 14 to the Constitution of the USA and who performed Bias Crimes
against me. The jury trial scheduled for October of this year. The Motion for Summary Judgment was
already filed by me about three weeks ago. It was just an introduction to this my Complaint. The
problem with overhearing of my conversations started when I still lived in Falmouth, Maine. I just
moved to Brunswick, Maine, on July 13th-14th of this year. The Company which was telephone provider
in Falmouth, Maine, was Basic Talk. Very often, while I was speaking with my very good
friends/acquaintances I have heard (and the person whom I spoke with heard the same) the clicking
sounds constantly. Very often, the conversations were interrupted. The cell phone did have very bad
reception in that my apartment in Falmouth and calls were interrupted right away after they were
connected almost each time in 70% of the conversations. The company-provider Ultratalk is my current
cell phone provider. The same company became my provider in Falmouth (when I had lived in Falmouth)
in March or April of 2015. The reception of the Ultratalk cell phone was very bad all the time. Here, in
Brunswick, the reception of Ultratalk is great, but 90% of the all conversations I have been having from
this phone were interrupted and ended without my wish by some third party. The Comcast phone
(which I have in Brunswick residence) started working worse and worse - the more days I live here the
more often the conversations with some people (whom I call) overheard by the third party (we hear the
clicking sounds) and more often they (conversations) ended unexpectedly. As soon as I called the
Comcast Company today and reported about the Comcast phone issue and mentioned the Federal
Communication Commission and as soon as the person whom I spoke again after I finished conversation
with the Comcast Technical Support turned on the speaker and I pronounced the name Federal
Communication Commission, all the clicking sounds disappeared. As soon as the same person (the same
conversation) turned off the speaker, the clicking sounds started to interrupt our conversation again....
Please, could you investigate these issues - both: with the Ultratalk and Comcast Providers.
Thank you!
Sincerely, Alla I. Shuper 08/09/15
