Duration : Dec 2015 to Sep 2016

Job profile:
 Inform Mark to Market & Collateral and Portfolio Balance to the clients and call them if there is
margin shortfall and allocate the BONDS or ISIN as needed. Help clients and make them
understand the calculations and the Margin Calls.
 Transfer collateral between various exchanges like LCH, ICE,
EUREX,EURONEXT,LME,NADSAQ and settlement agent CLEARSTREAM
 Work on optimize of bonds and ISIN’ s by rehype to the clients which saves the cost to the
process.
 Coordinating with different teams on BCP situations and very much a point of contact for LOB
 Cash and Collateral Management.
 Import the margin moves to a system called Vienna for the interest calculations
 Perform a reconciliation between carbon and Vienna to check for any breaks
 Amend the booking in settlement system as per the margins team requirements.
 Investigate the pending cash fails and prepare the report and share with the head of LOB’s and
margin managers in order to minimize the risk for EMEA region at EOD..
 Add and remove the cash moves in settlements system as per the request from the margins
team.
 Perform a reconciliation between Vienna and JCash
 Perform a sanity check on the ATS file

Job Profile:
The primary job responsibility is to confirm the trade economies, calculations, settlement instruction’s etc.,
to settle the trades and cash flows on value dates with counterparties. If we are at receivables we work on
timely receipt of the funds and if we are at payables then we timely confirm the payments and
calculations. Reconciliation of post trades in TLM and TLM SSZ and matching the Actual v/s implied.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Offering aid in the smooth settlement of cash flows for OTC Derivatives Settlements.
 Working for 2 regions inclusive of EMEA and Stamford; looking into settlements of cash flows and
any discrepancies pertaining to them.
 Raising query with MO in case of any disagreements and getting it amended, if required.
 Examining and commenting on the suspense and netting breaks in Nostro Database.
 Providing root cause analysis on the breaks.
 Checking the reconciliation systems (TLM and TLM SSZ) to examine both the incoming and
outgoing amounts.
 Reconciliation of Our ledgers and there statement entries in TLM.
 Introducing procedures to reduce redundancy & improving efficiency through utilising various
checks and controls for conducting root causing and problem identification to review the data
quality.
 Managing and streamlining the development / implementation lifecycles.
 Liaising with the other departments for effective query resolution on exchange data and historical
data.
 Adhering to the SLA’s – productivity, turn-around-time and accuracy.
 Interacting with client on transactional issues; handling client queries on a regular basis.
