I implemented PowerSchool and have been the PowerSchool
Administrator/Data Manager since “2007” and before that the EMIS
Coordinator. I am in charge of our Student Management Software
System and the training of all staff, which includes the PowerTeacher
grade book. My job also includes scheduling students using
PowerScheduler and committing the schedule then doing the New Year
Rollover. Duties also include printing student schedules, report cards and
interim reports during the school year. Responsible for everything that
goes into PowerSchool and comes out of PowerSchool and all user (staff
and parent/student) security. I have developed several reports using
Object Reports and worked in Report Works and shared them with other
districts. Education Management Information System (EMIS) reporting to
Ohio Department of Education during the year for state funding on all
students and staff. Import student information from PowerSchool into
several databases during the year for the different technical student
organizations so the students can compete for state and national
competition. I am responsible for keeping all Student Records and student
transcripts on file. I am also a Notary Public until April 2006.
