Recomendações para uma alimentação mais saudável Fazer uma alimentação o mais variada possível! Tomar sempre o pequeno almoço ,[object Object], Evitar estar mais de 3 horas sem comer.

A Roda dos Alimentos Ajuda-nos a construir uma alimentação saudável ou seja : Completa - comer alimentos de todos os grupos e beber água diariamente. Equilibrada – comer maior quantidade de alimentos pertencentes ao grupo de maiores dimensões e vice-versa. Variada – Comer alimentos diferentes de cada grupo, variando em função dos gostos individuais e das disponibilidades desses alimentos.
