Hard skills
• For TMP:
• Customer focus - Learn how to evaluate your customers needs and expectations, Learn how
to work with your customer
• Product expertise - Learn how to work with a product (understand it, sell it, communicate
correctly about it, market it, package it, etc)
• Human Resource management - Learn how to recruit, select, allocate people to specific job
descriptions (processes used both in OGX recruitments, ICX and recruitment)
• Communication - Learn hot to develop a communication plan, PR, how to work with different
communication channels
• Time Management - Learn how to use time management tools and improve your efficiency
For TLP the same skills of TMP and:
• Planning, tracking and evaluating
• Strategic thinking - Learn how to create strategies in order to reach your desired objectives
