NEWCASTLE FLEET M ANAGER TRUM PS EXPECTATIONS
Our second Customer First story was sent by Jaguar XE fleet customer Phil Scotson from
Newcastle. Having been a fleet customer through the LEX lease company for a while with
having had company cars from Alfa Romeo, BMW and Mercedes, he had come to expect
a service that was far from special and welcoming. However, local Newcastle Jaguar Fleet
Manager Andrew Mitchell completely changed his expectations. Read his feedback below:
"I have recently taken delivery of my new Jaguar XE. I would like to formally write to you to
say how delighted I was with the customer service provided by Andrew. This started back
in the summer when I first showed an interest in the Jag XE, he was both passionate,
enthusiastic, professional and informative about the new model and provided some
excellent advice. This passion and professional customer service continued with the
delivery of my vehicle last week; I was not expecting the personal engagement that
Andrew provided. This service is in stark contrast to the delivery of my Mercedes C-Class
four years ago, again through the LEX lease company. That car was simply delivered via
transporter driver with minimal handover. I thought it was the norm; however my recent
Jaguar experience provided by Andrew has changed that perception. I cannot speak more
highly of the service provided by Andrew."
