 Working on Continuous Improvement Project’s and engagement project’s
 Implementing 5s technique’s to improve work flow processes
 Attending all relevant meetings i.e. Gmp,customer complaints and improvement project’s

 Coordinating the activities of three Operators tasked with the production of chilled dairy
produce
 Planning and conducting regular quality checks and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety
and hygiene regulations
 Carrying out regular maintenance works to ensure that machinery is fully functional at all times
 Maintaining accurate and up to date records of production data relating to produced materials
 Playing a key role as Health & Safety Representative with qualification up to IOSH level and
deputising in the absence of the Shift Manager when required
