- 12. Technology is a blessing and curse...
- 13. We are surrounded by clutter...and so are our customers.
- 14. Competition is here to stay...and it will continue to grow every day.
- 15. It all sounds pretty tough...
- 16. In reality we have an amazing opportunity
- 18. Successful businesses (and individuals) are very good at evolving.
- 19. So how we become better at evolving?
- 20. We need to change our focus.
- 21. We have to stop thinking inwards and start thinking outwards.
- 22. So how do we apply this new focus?
- 23. 1. We need to become exceptional empathisers.
- 24. 2. We need to think differently about how we communicate.
- 25. 3. We need to get better at looking for new ideas.
- 26. 4. We need to understand the power of creativity (and treat it as a priority).
