• Slashed A/R overdues by $1.5M in a mere 3 months by appointing a dedicated finance lead to
handle collections with a focus on Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Secured an advantageous Purchase Price Variance (PPV) of $3.9M on $31M by changing
contract status with key suppliers from local to regional, as well as by leveraging additional cost
effective sourcing alternatives.
• Successfully negotiated 2 IUE/CWA union contracts with zero strikes or work stoppages within a
5-year period.
• Converted a $19M employee savings plan and $15M defined end pension benefit plan within a 7-
month due diligence through conversion period.
• Saved $730K by negotiating 2 years of zero health care coverage increases through detailed
claims ratio analysis and gross margin cost evaluation.
• Convinced 75% of suppliers to agree to extend payment terms from 30 days to >45 days.

increase, by successfully negotiating more favorable terms with a new provider.
