A) Managing the End-End Recruitment Life-Cycle for Sourcing the best Talent from
diverse source
 Manpower Planning & Managing manpower requisitions.
 Taking HR Interviews, Salary Negotiations, fitments & closing with releasing Offer
letters.
 Making and maintaining of weekly and monthly MIS reports to support the recruitment
process & for Resource & Business meetings.
 Recruitment by Job Portals, Vendors/ Consultants, Campus, & Referral
 Compensation & Benefits finalization.
 Vendor Management.
Responsible for complete Recruitment, Selection & Placement Process
 Implementation of recruitment process as per corporate directive.
 Participate in meetings with Line Managers for understanding requirements of the open
positions.
 Effectively negotiated and closed candidates on salary requirements, benefits, relocation,
commuter preferences, and counter offers.
 Sending Salary proposals to selected candidates and complete necessary paperwork after
