Hewlett-Packard (HP) employed Anthony Nguyen full-time as a senior developer. For
more than seven years he worked on critical data integration projects.
Anthony is an intelligent and motivated individual. He is more than capable of taking a
complex problem and delivering a workable solution given very tight timelines and
various constraints. With the help of his team, he produced the Data Integration Tool that
is loading HP’s global data warehouse, which is consolidating hundreds of disparate data
warehouses around the world.
As part of his former responsibilities, Anthony led the development of the user interface
for the newly developed data integration tool. Peers in my department would often tell
me that Anthony worked well with them to accurately reflect their requirements into the
tool that he was developing. I believe that developing quality relationships with our
