WORKING PROJECT:
CSR Corporate & CSR West
CSR: Customer service RECORD. This is mainly for Telephone line porting. Pulling CSR for Time
warner cable from different LEC’s like Neustar, Verizon, AT&T, LEVEL3, Century link etc. and
analyzing the CSR according to the Business needs and requirements.
ASR: Access service request. This is mainly for Metro Ethernet. Working project for TW Telecom
&Windstreem.Analyzing the ASR form creating opportunity in SalesForce & updating in Neustar.
Primary Rate Interface (PRI) : Porting of Telephone lines for a Business customer having
large number of Telephone lines. Pulling CSR for Time warner cable from different LEC’s like
Neustar, Verizon, AT&T, LEVEL3, Century link etc. and analyzing the CSR according to the
Business needs and requirements.
One Call Close (OCC) : This is mainly collecting the customer signed contract from Time Warner
Cable and providing a Business Class connection (Phone and Internet) to the Customer using
Salesforce.
Fiber Disconnects : Collecting the customer signed contract from Time Warner Cable and
processing a Disconnect to disconnect to the End user based on their requirements using
Salesforce. Converting some of the regional accounts to national accounts by disconnecting the
services of the customer and provide them a National services and billing (Order Management).
ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Promoted from Junior Provisioning Analyst to Provisioning Analyst with in a year of joining
as fresher.
