I have recently graduated with a First in Marketing with Advertising Management, as well as achieving the
Introductory Certificate in Marketing from the Charted Institute of Marketing and the PRINCE2
Foundation.

After studying for four years I have achieved a First Degree in Marketing with Advertising Management,
studying units such as strategic marketing, international marketing, creative advertising, project
management, market research and advertising management; as well as choosing to study optional units in
arts and culture marketing and event organisation.
Throughout my time at university I have worked with a number of real-life clients, including for my final
business project where I created a full marketing strategy plan for a charity which support young adults.
As well as my degree I have also obtained a number of other qualifications, including the Introductory
Certificate in Marketing with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the PRINCE2 Foundation
specialising in project management.

Skills
I have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software, having previously used a
number of office and creative software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access,
Adobe Illustrator and SPSS.
Throughout my university studies and personally, I have taught myself how to use new software and I
believe this is a key skill that I have.
I have previous experience in dealing with money, completing cash counts and using point-of-sale
software; as well as following strict food hygiene rules.

Worked as a front-of-house team member at KFC, where my responsibilities included:
 Dealing with customers and resolving customers’ issues.
 Dealing with money and counting money.
 Working in a team under moments of pressure.
 Keeping record of relevant orders and paperwork.
 Ensuring customers receive their food as quickly and to the highest quality possible.
Administration Assistant: Southampton Solent University 2014
Worked as an administration assistant for the School of Creative Industries at Southampton Solent
University. This role required a range of administrative duties including collating documents, IT skills and
following policies and procedures.
Interests
My interests include photography, design, food and politics; as well as music in which I like a wide range
of genres. I enjoy watching live events such as concerts and theatre; as well as having a keen interest in
motorsport. I also enjoy travelling and exploring new places.
