7. Sales & Marketing
• If you don’t know about CRM we will help you
learn how to organise and use your contact

available at your cost
8. Want to leave?
• We hope not
• However this is a lifestyle business and you
choose your own pace

• If we or other consultants introduce you to

9. Supervision
• A necessary professional business precaution
– you will not be alone
• The directors are responsible for you
• Regular visits are the normal routine

10. Referrals
• We will not spoon feed you - it is your
business
• We have lead generation techniques and we
prioritise referrals to new joiners
• Referrals are not guaranteed; you need to be
sure of your following before you join us

11. What Lawyers are we

• Our preference is 3-5 years PQE or more
