The $545 early bird member rate will

a classic membership (RRP $125) for 12
months.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be advised in writing
to the ASA. Cancellations received on
or prior to 19 April 2013 will receive a
full refund less a $75 administration fee.
Cancellations received after 19 April 2013
will not be refunded, however, a substitute
delegate can attend in your place.
