The Sales Talent Academy is a new program aimed at driving 15 young
graduates from a number of selected countries across EMEA through an
intensive boot-camp for a period of 18 weeks, ingraining them with
EMC² DNA to turn them into high achieving Sales Reps for the SMB, mid-
market and channels
• Provide a feeder system for EMEA Sales
• graduates who successfully complete this course will be placed in
a sales role across any region in EMEA
• Accelerate development of young graduates
• Allow graduates to experience accelerated career growth in EMC
