The Key Numbers
11 000 visitors*
(7000 professionals and 4000 general public) attended
the Salon Bois Energie 2014 across the four days from the
13th to the 16th March where more than 400 exhibitors
from 20 European countries showcased the best in wood energy.
A series of conferences and study tours also enabled visitors to update their
positions on key strategique issues - the presentations are now downloadable
from the website.
Innovation Abound
Of particular note were the numerous innovations and new product
releases spanning the entire sector, more than 40 of which were
pre-released ahead of the event in «Les Exposants Parlent» on
the website.
The Innovation Competition itself also saw twelve exemplarary
new product releases rewarded with the new colourful Bois Energie
d’OR and Bois Energie d’ARGENT trophy. Les Exposants Parlent
is still open to viewers on the website and the Jury’s report of the
Innovation Competition is also now available for download.
The 2014 Video library
More than 50 videos were shot during the Exhibtion
with a particular emphasis on what’s new in wood
energy. The videos can be viewed on boisenergie.tv

Nantes : Salon Bois Energie,

Looking already to next year, the Salon Bois Energie will return from the 19th to
the 22nd of March to Nantes in the West of France, in parallel with Biogaz Europe
(19-20 March) and Hypac Expo (19-20 March) - note the dates !
