1. Event location: 98% of the audience is satisfied to very satisfied

- Attendees liked the presentations and topics, the timing (1/2 day) and time for each speaker (40’).
- The audience is really divided about the time for each speaker: 55% think it’s enough, and 45% disagree.
Idea : a half day for technical topics (9-12h) and a half day for business topics (14-16h)

1. Need demonstration and practical examples

o « provide topics that should be talked to discussion on SPS website before making a speech »

o « send agenda with the ticket – so the audience can know more details in advance »
o « give information in detail of each subjects spoke on SPS website for review »
4. For speakers:
o « should discuss with audience, not just talk»
