DPCD assists in the plan review process, in conjunction
with reviews by other disciplines
Overall permitting timeline remains the same
Consolidated Review Committee (FBZD ONLY)

– Reviews and discusses plans and plats one-on-one with

– Issues a recommendation to the approval authority
