and made slight amendments to the document.

with my teammate`Shaun`about how we are going
to go about producing the storyboards where me
and Shaun will be reflecting on the brain-storm and
scripting as part of the planning stage for
theCreative Media Digital Video.
I have successfully discussed with
teammate`Shaun`about the progress made for
Assignment 2 after the Christmas half-term break. I
have also started the storyboarding the 1st
scene of
the Creative Media Digital Videowhere me and my
teammate`Shaun`will be introducing the course

which is Creative Media where I will be referring to
the brain-storm and scripting documents which will
be used as guide in order to help visualise what is

Digital Video where I will have had a discussion
with the LSA (Learning Support Assistant) Richard
on how to go about individual tasks for the project
and have been given guidance by the teacher on
how to go about putting together the Asset table.
I have successfully discussed with the LSA (Learning
Support Assistant) Richard on what individual tasks
need to be carried out within the project where I
have started to produce the asset table where I have
roughly stated what is going to be included within
every scene for the Creative Media Digital Video.

By the end of today’s session I will have given the
storyboards to teammate`Shaun`in order to
complete the 8th
and final scene for the Creative
Media Digital Videoproject.
I will have received by college email the outline of
the team proposal which was produced by
teammate `Shaun`where I will be proof-reading
and amending any changes made to the team
proposal document.
In addition to this, I will have sent by college email
a draft copy of the assets table for theCreative
Media Digital Videoproject.
Furthermore, I will have also scanned in all of the
storyboard sketches for the 8 scenes of theCreative
Media Digital Video.
My teammate`Shaun`has finished of the final
storyboard sketch for the 8th
scene of the Creative
Media Digital Video project where `Shaun` logs onto
a computer, shows of the applications that are used
within the Creative Media BTEC course and
concludes the scene with references as to how the
viewers can find out more information about the
course.
I have managed to retrieve an email from teammate
`Shaun`which is about the team proposal where I
have proof-read and made amendments to the
descriptions in order to simplify the layout of the
content. I have also started to put together a
presentation on the team proposal in preparation for
pitching to the client.
I have sent an email to teammate `Shaun` a
document that details the draft copy of the assets
table for theCreative Media Digital Video project.
I have successfully scanned in all of the storyboard
sketches which contain all of the 8 scenes for
theCreative Media Digital Videowhere these will be
used for presenting to the client.

will have included evidence of all of the production
work that has been carried out before-hand.

have also included all of the production work that
was carried out by me and my teammate `Shaun`.

the Team Proposal presentation with my
teammate `Shaun` where we will discuss the kind
of questions that you would ask during the

We will have also carried out the Team Proposal

in front of our clients.
We have rehearsed the starting point of the
presentation and we had an idea of how the
presentation who going to go where once of us was
in charge of clicking the mouse button on the
computer and the other which was my teammate
`Shaun` was standing up.
We have managed to carry out the Team Proposal
presentation for the Creative Media Digital Video
where the clients gave us constructive feedback after
the presentation and me and teammate `Shaun` and
gave us a final grade on it which was a
`DISTINCTION!`.

production meeting with the Agenda and Minutes
documents detailing any specific changes needed
to be made at this point and he will have obtained

teammate`Shaun`saying that we need to hold a

documents and stating any changes needed to be

I will have also continued to work on the assets
table document in which I will have had a follow up
with teammate `Shaun` by the end of this week on
how he is progressing with the asset table that has
been sent to teammate `Shaun` beforehand.
In addition to this, I will have sent teammate
`Shaun` an email on the research for examples of
filming within the Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form
College for him to see whether any changes need
to be applied towards the document.
I have managed to receive the email from my
teammate `Shaun` that details the amendments that
have been applied for the Short report on the Team
Proposal presentation for the Creative Media digital
video.
I have gathered an image from the internet which
represents the logo of the CAMSFC (Cheadle and
Marple Sixth Form College) and sourced it within the
assets table detailing the possible effects, where it
was found?, who it was it produced by?, Where it
was produced and any permission if needed.
I have sent my teammate `Shaun` an email on the
research carried out by me for examples of filming
within the Cheadle and Marple Sixth Form College
where he will have made changes by the time we

By the end of today’s session’s I will have retrieved
a copy from my teammate`Shaun`of the opening
scene for theCreative Media Digital Videoproject.
I have retrieved a copy of the 1st
scene for the
Creative Media Digital Video where the client
looked into my teammate `Shaun’s` workspace for
the 1st
scene and I locate the file and copied it within
my workspace so that it could be edited within the
Adobe Premiere Elements 10 software application.

in order to re-take the 5 scene for theCreative

We will have also completed scenes 5 and 6for the

on the script that has been documented for scene for
the Creative Media Digital Video project.
We have managed to complete scenes 5 and 6 where
I was describing the way the ICT department looked
in general, the computer appliances that are
available and adaptable seating. We also did a scope
of one of the classrooms where I explained what
computer facilities and equipment will be accessible
in duration of the Creative Media course.

completed the filming of scenes 7 and 8 for the
Creative Media Digital Video project.
We have managed to complete most of scene 7 and
half of scene 8 where I have covered demonstrations
of Adobe Photoshop CS5 (I showed the Layer Style
effects that have been applied towards my current
project for instance, Bevel and Emboss and Satin),
Adobe Flash Professional CS5 and Adobe InDesign
CS5 software applications. My teammate `Shaun`
also carried out demonstrative examples of my work
within the following software packages which are
Adobe Fireworks CS5 and Adobe Dreamweaver CS5.
