  • 2. THE PROBLEM: People feel differently when interacting with and ordering pet photos. Compared to a child, most people want to spend less money, and will be less willing to put forth effort into bringing their pet to the studio.
  • 3. THE BIG IDEA Furry Friend Photography would represent a new program available from Photography by Brandi. Program, rather than its own independent business. Offers clients fresh, new way to interact with pet photos and photography sessions in an economically profitable way.
  • 4. WHY A SEPARATE PROGRAM? A separate program would allow Brandi to establish certain policies and regulations exclusive to the pets of Photography by Brandi Maintaining the Photography by Brandi name preserves loyalty and familiarity.
  • 5. POTENTIAL POLICIES Off-site visits, “house calls” Unique packaging plans which nudge customers in the direction of spending more money and purchasing things they otherwise might not have.
  • 6. MARKETING The new program could give a more specific feel to business with which Photography by Brandi is already partnered. Helping Paws would be extended and marketed in a broader way, making it the absolute flagship of the Furry Friends brand.
