What ıs a webquest?



It is an inquiry-oriented lesson format in which most or all the information that
learners work with comes from the web.

It can either be a long term and a short term one.

 Analyse the following webquests by keeping the following questions in mind:

 Is it theme based?

 Does it have a good layout?

 Is the level of language appropriate for the target learners?

 Are the resources relevant to the theme?

 Does the webquest include an introduction, task, process, evaluation and
 conclusion sections?

 Are the criteria for evaluating the task clear?
