Civil Repairs & Restoration, Retrofitting, Permanent Waterproofing, Flooring, Roofing,
Painting, Plumbing and Structural Glazing. NCCS has undertaken and successfully
completed several Residential, Commercial and Industrial projects. The quality of work is
the hallmark of NCCS. It is well ingrained in the team of our staff, engineers, supervisors,
masons and male coolies that no compromise with quality is tolerable at any cost or risk.

Glazing. Company delivers world-class Engineering & Construction services.
History
 The founder of the company Mr. Mohiuddin Bhati started his career with the India
Waterproofing Company, the pioneers of cement based structural waterproofing in then
united India. His progress there was phenomenal. With many years of experience in his
hands and his proficiency in carrying out his work, in the year 1974 he started his own
company in name of New Construction Waterproofing Company, as a proprietorship
company.
In the year 1981 the company became a partnership company in which the partners were the
Partners: Mr. Iqbal Mohiuddin Bhati & Mrs. Hamida Iqbal Bhati
 In the year 2013, with the vision of becoming an even larger and more comprehensive
organization New Construction Concrete Systems Pvt. Ltd. was formed by four sons of
Mr. Iqbal Mohiuddin Bhati & Mrs. Hamida Iqbal Bhati; namely Hashim Bhati, Kasim Bhati,
Yunus Bhati and Ahmed Bhati. Entire business of New Construction Waterproofing
Company, Mumbai, which was owned by Mr. Iqbal Mohiuddin Bhati & Mrs. Hamida Iqbal
Bhati was diverted to New Construction Concrete Systems Pvt. Ltd. Thereafter, New
Construction Concrete Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been doing business in the Western Region.
With this long history, it is no wonder the culture at New Construction Concrete Systems
Pvt. Ltd. is of continual improvement. With this “can-do” attitude we, at NCCS, are excited
to confront the challenges and seize the opportunities the future will bring.
Accomplishments / Success Stories
 It gives us immense pride to say that the tallest buildings so far to be repaired in India has
been done by us.
Project: World Trade Centre-1, Cuffe Pareade, Mumbai.
Height - 150 Mtrs. (500ft)
Project involved Restoration Works, Complete External Plaster, WaterProofing, P/F New
Windows and texture paint to the building. Work carried out by Mast Moving Platforms.

3. Project: Reserve Bank of India Building – Head Office, Fort, Mumbai.
Height -120 Mtrs. (395ft)
Project involved Civil Repairs, Waterproofing Works of Full Building, Window Frames.
Work carried out with H Frame Steel Scaffolding and Mast Moving Platforms.
 Waterproofing works of more than 35 cement plants have been completed in name of New
Construction Waterproofing Company.
 Waterproofing works of more than 70 buildings of Hiranandani Developers have been
completed.
 Waterproofing works of more than 120 buildings of Rustomjee have been completed.
 With many more projects that have been completed, currently we are doing waterproofing
for the most advanced township coming up, DSK Dream City, Pune.

4. Future Plans
 New Construction Concrete Systems Pvt. Ltd. have participated in the World’s 3rd largest
and Asia’s biggest construction exhibition ACEtech-2015. We received an over-whelming
response from top notch Architects and Consultants with our display of quantum of work
done over the decades. Thereafter, we are in talks with them with many upcoming projects
down south India. To cater our upcoming projects in South India we will soon be setting up
an office in Bengaluru City.
 Currently we are already working with Basf, Fosroc, Sika and Sunanda Chemicals. We are in
advanced talks for tie-ups with Multinational Construction Chemical and Advanced
Waterproofing Companies. We are also in talks with MNC’s for Advanced Membrane
Waterproofing Systems.
Although being a well established company, we are still forward thinking and keen to
explore new approaches and technologies. NCCS is already working on to introduce its own
specialized product range for advance waterproofing systems in JV. India being a tropical
country, experiences ample monsoon rains that lead to leakages and dampness in structures.
Maximum deterioration in the structure is caused due to leakages and dampness. More the
leakages faster are the rate of deterioration. A good Waterproofing system has become a
necessity in India to enhance the life of structures, an expert with immense experience can
only design and deliver a good waterproofing system.
