 People are addicted towards web based collaboration platform, addicted
towards Mobile, tablet etc.
 People want to take advantages of Office applications
 World is moving very fast but Lotus Notes is Idle now, No new Features added
 Licensing factor, In SP no client license or software required.
 Can not do Collaboration, Enterprise Search etc.
 No Life cycle management: Unused databases unnecessary in the lotus notes
server, but in SharePoint it can not.
