It has always been our belief that an organization of any kind should be in a constant state of change in order to
consistently improve. Change offers innovation, internal efficiencies and increased customer satisfaction. Here at the
Hutchinson Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism, we’re no different.
Over the course of the past year, our board and staff have been reviewing our current investment schedule with the goal of
developing something that would deliver more value to you, our members.
The previous membership investment schedule was based on the number of full-time employees at your business. This
model tends to penalize your organization for growing and adding employees, the benefits are the same regardless of
your investment, and it does not provide an opportunity to customize your membership to best serve the success of your
organization.
With those thoughts in mind, we have developed a tiered investment structure. We understand that organizations have
differing needs and interests in utilizing their Chamber membership. The newly developed tier structure allows you to
choose which Chamber resources and tools will best serve you.
The new tiered investment schedule is called “Bundle Up” and is designed to deliver various levels of features with each
one building on the other by bundling. These resources and tools will deliver benefits to your business through marketing,
visibility, face-to-face opportunities with other community leaders, legislative representation and enhanced promotion for
your organization.
If a tier doesn’t have all you need, combine it with items from the a la carte menu giving you the flexibility to form the
perfect bundle. Another important fact to remember is that at every level, you are supporting our community, allowing us
to help make it a viable and vibrant place to live for members of your workforce.
For your convenience, we are transitioning members into this model at the time of renewal. Please review the information
in this document to determine the level that is best for your organization. We understand that with change will come
questions. Our staff is prepared to answer questions and support you through this process. If you would like a review of
your past involvement, we will provide that to assist in your decision making.
Please contact Bill Corby at (320) 234-0785 or bill@explorehutchinson.com if you have any questions or would like to set
up a meeting to discuss your membership benefits.
We appreciate your past years of support and look forward to working with you in the future.
