RECAP SOP FOR VEHICLES
Upon arrival Car is tagged using the CLG Car Tag System
Photos are taken of the exterior and interior of the vehicle and vehicle is inspected
Inbound pictures, and receiving inspection sheet are sent to the customer
Car is stored with cover (if provided) and keys are stored in lock box until shipment date
Container is pulled from the port for loading and 7 point container inspection is performed
Documentation is provided to customs for title clearance (optional service)
Battery is disconnected, container is blocked and braced, and outbound pictures are taken
Warehouse manager then approves the load and seals the container
BOL and outbound pictures are sent to customer
Container is drayed to the port
