– AAM will allow you to reset your own password without
knowing the old password
› I forgot the answers to my security questions?
– AAM will allow you to change your security questions and answers

I, as the AAM Administrator, can:
› Reset passwords for several accounts at a time
› Lock one or more accounts at a time
› Create and/or update clinical accounts for OC, RDC, and
TMS
› Adjust roles and OC study lists for a clinical account
› Generate several accounts at once
› Efficiently and accurately set RDC Study Site Privileges
› Review logs of all activities and sent email for actions
occurring in AAM

› A new RDC Study is scheduled to begin (RDC0553)
› Several Account Request Forms have been
collected for a total of 5 sites with 3 users each.
› Accounts need to be created as soon as possible.
Mission:
› Create the accounts efficiently and assign RDC
Study Site Privileges consistent with the user
roles.
