DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performed Radiographic Testing pressure vessels, tanks , pipe lines.
Performed magnetic particle Testing in all types of industrial applications, done both fluorescent and
wet particle inspections
Performed Liquid penetrant examination on nozzles, manway holes, chute plate, top dished end c-
seam and bottom dished end c-seam and skirt joint in atmospheric column.
Final inspection of Welding and casting Jobs by using visual testing.
Able to evaluate and interpret the radiography films
Thickness gauging on pipelines Plates and Steam drum and Dish Parts
NDT report preparation and documents as per requirements.

Performed fluorescent type Magnetic particle inspection in on large vessels and tanks.
Performed liquid penetrant testing examination on flange faces and structures.
Performed thickness and corrosion monitoring by using digital thickness meter
SHUT DOWN EXPERIENCE :
Participated in 45 days BPCL Shut down in January 2011-February 2011 through IIT &NDT RESOURCES.
Inspection of welding, pressure, power boiler drums, water wall panels, end plates, economizers coil
and weld test plates as per ASME standards.
Conducting radiography testing using DWDI,DWSI,SWSI, Panoramic and super impose
techniques
Performed Fluorescent and visible type penetrant examinations on different components
Performed florescent Magnetic particle examination on inside the tanks and vessels.
Performing thickness gauging monitoring by using digital thickness gauging equipment.
Performed flouroscent magnetic particle inspection inside the pressure vessels and tanks.
Handled bore scope to conduct visual examination purpose..
