• Workers in non-ICT capacities are using digital communication skills
increasingly in every day work activities.
• Over the past 5 years the average growth of users in what what was
considered specialised digital tasks is greater than more mainstream tasks.

• Workers in non-ICT capacities are using digital communication skills

• Over the past 5 years the average growth of users in what what was
considered specialised digital tasks is greater than more mainstream tasks.
• Specifically animation, video, and audio are the fastest growing areas with
more than 35% growth over the last 5 years

• Workers in non-ICT capacities are using digital communication skills
increasingly in every day work activities.
• Over the past 5 years the average growth of users in what what was
considered specialised digital tasks is greater than more mainstream tasks.
• Specifically animation, video, and audio are the fastest growing areas with
more than 35% growth over the last 5 years
• In the future, tasks such as working with video, animation, audio, and websites
will be as common as creating presentations and newsletters are today.
