On-site Rep / Senior Systems Engineer
● On-site Lockheed Martin (LM) representative at the prime contractor’s site with
additional responsibilities in Systems Engineering to both LM and the customer,
proposal efforts, support to multiple Integrated Product Teams, and Deputy
Engineering Program Manager for one of the increments of a multi-million dollar
corporate focus program.
Lead Systems Engineer
● Responsible for leading the engineering effort for an airborne configuration item
in a C4 network including design, requirements compliance, working with
subcontractors, schedule, the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) and the Critical
Design Review (CDR).
Systems Integration & Test Lead / Lead Field Test Engineer
● Responsible for supporting proposal development and ROMs in support of
multiple phases of an Army communications system.
● Lead field engineer at the prime contractor site for the program supporting
integration and System Test activities, Government Development Test /
Operational Test (DT/OT) event, Engineering Field Tests, and preparation for a
2nd government Development Test (DT).
● Responsible for the LM personnel and LM subcontractors at the prime contractor
site and Government test sites (team size ranged from 3 to 10 people),
coordinated efforts between LM and the prime, interfacing with the Gov
customer and prime on behalf of LM, and served as Control Account Manager
(CAM).
Systems Engineer
● Systems Engineer for an Army mobile communications program. Responsible
for coordinating and leading Development and Integration activities for
incremental baselines
● Principal Investigator for an IR&D project where the team built a vehicle based
prototype for mobile communications integrating command and control (C2).
● Responsible for cost, schedule, ensuring horizontal integration across IR&Ds,
meeting the needs of the stakeholders, demonstrating the prototype to various
interested parties, at TIMs, tradeshows, potential customer sites.

● Integration and System tested a developmental passive radar system through

Hardware Engineer
● Designed, built, and tested an electronic switch control board for a passive radar
field collection system to give the ability to set the gains and filters on the
receiver by manual switches or via computer control lines
● Wrote a suite of MATLAB analysis tools (1000 lines) with Graphical User
Interfaces (GUIs) to automate and troubleshoot A/D hardware
